Senior Kubernetes Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Kubernetes/DevOps Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the consultation and design of infrastructure for future workstream efforts
• Support software development on the Kubernetes/OpenShift platform and redesign clusters for mission-critical applications
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for customer environments and assist with Git process flows

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and have lived in the United States for at least the past 3 out of 5 years
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 3 months of hire
• Active Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA) or Docker Certified Associate (DCA)
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and/or Docker Swarm
