- Design and develop engaging learning content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure content alignment with organizational goals
- Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, support project timelines, and integrate learning solutions into organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in LMS administration, content development, or learning & development
- Proficiency in LMS and e-learning authoring tools, project management, and instructional design principles
- Dedication to continuous learning, designing engaging learning modules, and evaluating program effectiveness
