Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Learning Management System, analyze learner progress, and optimize system functionality
  • Design and develop engaging learning content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure content alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, support project timelines, and integrate learning solutions into organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in LMS administration, content development, or learning & development
  • Proficiency in LMS and e-learning authoring tools, project management, and instructional design principles
  • Dedication to continuous learning, designing engaging learning modules, and evaluating program effectiveness
