Senior Lab Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Proactively leading a team, the full-time Senior Lab Solutions Architect will manage technical planning, oversee the completion of projects, and provide expertise in laboratory information systems while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the workload of technical staff, ensuring timely project completion and alignment with organizational priorities
• Provide technical leadership for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS/LIS) and associated applications, overseeing system design, configuration, and support activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technology solutions that support laboratory objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, including 5 years of technical experience and 3 years of leadership experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience under similar conditions
• Proven expertise in managing both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications in healthcare technology
• Experience supporting Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and laboratory automation platforms
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management practices in laboratory environments
