Senior Labor Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor and employee relations activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and lead grievance investigations
• Consult with human resources and management on complex employment issues
• Provide labor relations expertise and support throughout the system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Three to five years of relevant professional experience in labor relations
• Labor relations experience in higher education or public sector organizations is preferred
• Experience negotiating and implementing collective bargaining agreements
• Substantive project management experience
