Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Labor Relations Manager, Full-Time, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the VP, ER/LR in labor relations activities including contract analysis, bargaining, and conflict resolution
  • Provide guidance on compliance with labor regulations and best practices in labor relations
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions related to labor relations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 4-6+ years of experience in labor relations within a related industry
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the US and Canada
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in supporting large-scale initiatives involving multiple unions and diverse stakeholders
