Job Summary

Providing expert advisory services to management and HR partners, the full-time Senior Labor Relations Specialist will focus on collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance resolution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Offer strategic labor relations consultation and guidance on bargaining obligations and contract interpretation
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with labor organizations and facilitate labor management communication
  • Administer grievance procedures and prepare for arbitration, including coaching management on responses and case preparation
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in labor relations advisory services, including grievances and collective bargaining
  • Proven track record of representing management in negotiations and dispute resolution
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying federal labor relation laws and regulations
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and managing third-party proceedings
  • Strong background in training supervisors/managers on labor relations topics and effective union interactions
