Job Summary
To support strategic decision-making, the remote Senior Labor Strategy Analyst will lead complex analyses of labor efficiency and operational performance, develop forecasting tools, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead advanced analysis related to labor efficiency, overtime, staffing, and productivity
- Develop and refine labor models and forecasting tools to support strategic initiatives
- Translate trends into actionable business implications and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced coursework or experience in analytics, finance, economics, or operations preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in analytics, labor analysis, workforce planning, or operational strategy
- Strong SQL, Power BI, and Excel capabilities preferred
- Experience in building forecasting tools or analytical frameworks
- Ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership audiences
