Senior Laboratory Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Laboratory Project Services Manager to lead complex clinical research studies and manage project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and execution of global clinical trial projects from initiation through closeout
• Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and milestone delivery
• Monitor project performance, manage scope changes, and resolve service-related issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical trials, project management, or laboratory operations
• Experience managing large, global Phase I-IV clinical trials
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
