Senior Language Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Language Data Scientist specializing in Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-term projects with high complexity and ambiguity from initial client discussions to completion
• Design and improve workflows for AI/ML training and evaluation, including human annotation and data collection
• Assess and optimize search-specific evaluation approaches, including A/B testing frameworks and ranking metrics

Required Qualifications

• MA in computational linguistics, data science, computer science, or related field; PhD preferred
• Extensive experience with search-specific language data and designing human evaluation tasks
• Advanced knowledge of statistics and data analysis methods
• Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP techniques and tools
• Ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
