Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Consultant (AI Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI/optimization projects from concept to deployment, collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams
Design and implement simulations to model complex systems and develop custom optimization algorithms
Mentor junior consultants and manage project execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Operations Research, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in solving complex optimization or simulation problems
Strong background in mathematical modeling, simulation, and operations research
Hands-on experience with optimization tools such as Gurobi or CPLEX
Proficiency in Python or Julia, with familiarity in ML/AI frameworks
