Job Summary
Leading a new center of excellence, the full-time Senior Lead Funnel Governance will define and enforce sales funnel hygiene standards, monitor critical KPIs for AGT performance, and drive dashboard design and adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define enterprise standards for funnel hygiene, inspect funnel quality, and publish hygiene scorecards
- Establish a monthly cadence to review AGT critical KPIs and produce executive reporting packages highlighting performance and risks
- Act as the business product owner for dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder accountability for insights consumption
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or related fields
- Proven leadership in data governance and operating rhythms, including KPI packs and risk mitigation
- Experience partnering with Sales Ops and executive leaders to improve funnel quality and conversion
- Strong product mindset for dashboard ownership with hands-on experience in data accuracy
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
