Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Mid-Market and SMB sales team, the full-time remote Senior Lead Generation Specialist will conduct outbound prospecting, collaborate with Business Development Managers, and support marketing campaigns to generate and qualify sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to introduce offerings
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to set up introductory calls and hand off leads
- Utilize CRM and sales technology to personalize communications and maximize outreach success
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, or Financial Technology is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- College degree preferred
- Results-driven and a strong team player
