Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, IT SOX PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute various aspects of the IT SOX program, including planning, scoping, and controls testing
• Collaborate with process owners and external auditors to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Support special projects related to internal control and process improvements

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, including SOX 302/404 Compliance
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant area
• Strong understanding of internal control concepts and SOX compliance requirements
• Experience executing IT SOX compliance programs and performing risk assessments
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM is preferred
