Senior Lead Monetization Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution for Lumen's cloud marketplace presence, the full-time Senior Lead Monetization Manager will define product offerings, pricing models, and operational processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define Lumen's go-to-market strategy across major cloud marketplaces, identifying product listings and prioritizing based on customer demand
• Design marketplace-specific pricing models and develop necessary legal documentation for transactions
• Establish operational processes for listing, order fulfillment, and billing reconciliation to create a repeatable marketplace motion

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in cloud marketplace monetization or commercial strategy at a hyperscaler, ISV, or SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with major marketplaces (Azure, AWS, or GCP) including product listings and private offers
• Strong commercial instincts for pricing, packaging, and deal construct design
• Experience collaborating with Legal on commercial terms and order documentation
• Operational mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up
