Job Summary

Driving critical initiatives from concept to execution, the full-time Senior Lead of Transformation Initiatives will manage high-impact projects remotely, partnering with senior executives to clarify priorities and accelerate progress across strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a central point for intake, triage, and prioritization of high-impact AGT initiatives
• Break down complex topics into clear problem statements and develop actionable roadmaps
• Partner closely with senior leaders to create executive-ready materials that facilitate decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, operations, or similar roles
• Previous chief of staff experience with a top 500 company at a senior leadership level
• Proven track record of leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working directly with senior executives or C-suite stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity without defined structure
