Job Summary
Providing dedicated planning and scheduling expertise, the full-time Senior Lead Planner & Scheduler will develop and optimize complex project schedules across multiple campuses, ensuring alignment with organizational standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules and visual planning strategies for complex, multi-phase initiatives
- Leads the development of Lease Schedules and iGMP/fGMP schedules, integrating critical planning inputs
- Analyzes project performance data to forecast risks and support informed decision-making across the account
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience required
- 6-8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, or a related field, required
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing Level 3 CPM schedules on large, complex construction programs required
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 required; experience with Primavera Cloud, Synchro, and ACC preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification preferred
