Senior Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Product Manager focused on Bill Pay Optimization and Payments Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the core payment decision experience in Accounts Payable, including payment method presentation and tradeoff explanations
• Define and drive a multi-year product vision to optimize payment decisions, linking outcomes to customer economics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric payment solutions while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or financial services, with a focus on payments and cash flow optimization
• Proven success in managing critical financial workflows from strategy to scaled adoption
• Strong understanding of various payment rails and their tradeoffs in cost, speed, and risk
• Experience using data and experimentation to drive financial and product outcomes
• Exceptional leadership skills to align cross-functional teams on product strategy
