Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Lead, Research & Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead research agenda aligned with organizational impact goals
• Manage internal and external research projects to evaluate impact and collect data
• Establish impact metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis leadership or program evaluation in education or technology
• Strong experience in survey design and research/evaluation methodologies
• Experience with data management software; familiarity with Airtable is a plus
• Technical fluency with AI tools for data management and analysis
• Knowledge of educational data privacy regulations
