Senior Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Senior Lead Site Reliability Engineer for a fully remote position, this role will manage production support, performance optimization, and automation across the portal ecosystem, leveraging AI-driven tools and AWS infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Define and improve incident management processes for customer-facing applications, implementing AI systems for outage assistance
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive initiatives for latency and resource optimization
• Develop automation scripts and tools for deployment and scaling, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices

Required qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools for managing cloud resources
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools, including CloudWatch and Datadog
