Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software while ensuring adherence to modern engineering standards
• Architect and optimize distributed, cloud-native systems in AWS, implementing observability practices
• Mentor engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record in production systems
• 7+ years of backend development experience in Java and Python
• Deep understanding of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization techniques
• Strong understanding of AWS concepts and cloud-native engineering best practices
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with exposure to Docker, ECS, and EKS preferred
