Senior Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Lead Software Engineer, responsible for leading diverse technology projects and a team of developers in a full-time, remote-eligible role, focused on creating cloud-based solutions and driving transformation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects and manage a team of developers to create solutions meeting regulatory needs
• Stay updated on tech trends, mentor team members, and occasionally code or evaluate code
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions enhancing customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• 9+ years of experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
• 4+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure)
• 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• 1+ years of people management experience
