Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Lead Splunk Administrator will manage and integrate systems, analyze technical issues, and contribute to strategic IT infrastructure planning while ensuring customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze problems and technical issues, offering solutions and testing modifications to systems
• Plan and execute long-range strategies for IT infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Document and diagram work for hand-off, ensuring timely solutions and effective communication with clients

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or infrastructure
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, or systems administration in public cloud environments
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Extensive experience in driving engineering solutions and collaborating across teams
• Strong process improvement experience and the ability to apply general rules to specific problems
