Senior Lean Agilist

Job Summary

Providing expert consultation and coaching, the full-time Senior Lean Agilist will implement SAFe and Lean-Agile practices across the organization, supporting Value Stream Enablement and mentoring teams in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in adopting Agile methodologies across the enterprise
• Coach teams on PI Planning, backlog refinement, and dependency management to enhance Agile practices
• Facilitate continuous improvement of the operating model and mentor Scrum Masters on Lean-Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations
