Job Summary

Providing experienced consultation and coaching, the full-time Senior Lean Agilist will implement SAFe and Lean-Agile practices across the ORIS Agile Release Train while supporting Value Stream Enablement activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in adopting Agile practices across the enterprise
  • Coach teams on PI Planning, backlog refinement, and dependency management
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of the operating model and mentor Scrum Masters
Required qualifications
  • Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
  • Minimum of 7 years leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations
