Senior Lean Business Consultant

Job Summary

To support the optimization of business systems, the full-time Senior Lean Business Office Consultant will establish and enhance processes using lean methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows
• Utilize lean tools and techniques to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall productivity
• Deliver training programs on lean principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement among employees

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives within complex organizations
• In-depth knowledge of lean tools such as value stream mapping and root cause analysis
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines
• Excellent analytical abilities to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
• Experience in training and facilitating workshops on lean methodologies
