Senior Lean Manager
Job Summary
Driving operational transformation, the full-time Senior Lean Manager will lead Lean strategy deployment across Gas manufacturing facilities, focusing on Kaizen events, capability building, and advancing Built-In Quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Lean strategy across Gas manufacturing facilities in alignment with operational priorities
- Plan and execute high-impact Kaizen events aimed at improving flow, reducing lead time, and eliminating defects
- Partner with site leaders to build Lean capability through coaching in Daily Management and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Significant experience in Lean Manufacturing within a complex industrial environment
- Strong hands-on experience implementing Toyota Production System (TPS) principles
- Practical experience with lean innovations such as Moonshine systems and Karakuri-based automation
- Ability to influence and drive cultural transformation across diverse, multi-site organizations
