Job Summary
Driving Lean transformation across European generator manufacturing sites, the full-time Senior Lean Manufacturing Manager will lead the deployment of Lean principles, coach site leadership, and execute Kaizen events to enhance operational excellence in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Lean strategy across generator manufacturing facilities, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements
- Plan and execute high-impact Kaizen events aimed at flow, lead time reduction, productivity, and defect elimination
- Coach site leaders and cross-functional teams to build Lean capability and strengthen Daily Management systems for real-time problem resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 5+ years of experience in a Lean manufacturing environment
- Significant experience in Lean Manufacturing within complex industrial or heavy manufacturing settings
- Proven track record of leading Lean transformation initiatives across sites or value streams
- Hands-on experience implementing Toyota Production System principles, including laminar flow and Total Productive Maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact Kaizen events that deliver measurable operational improvements
