Senior Learning and Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a senior or lead learning and development consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning and leadership development solutions
• Focus on formal and informal learning strategies to ensure effective learning experiences
• Collaborate with business partners to align learning solutions with functional needs

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of related professional experience in adult learning and development, business or process consulting, project management, performance improvement, or change management
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of three years of related professional experience in the same fields
• Experience in competency-based learning and development, organizational development, and/or technical learning is preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices around leadership development and adult learning
• Experience with program design, development, management, and curriculum design
