Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex company initiatives supporting organizational L&D
  • Design and deliver leadership and manager development initiatives
  • Analyze learning data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Strong background in talent management, including career development and mentoring
  • Experience in delivering learning in remote environments across multiple modalities
  • Experience in global or regulated environments (e.g., pharma, life sciences) is a plus
