Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex company initiatives supporting organizational L&D
- Design and deliver leadership and manager development initiatives
- Analyze learning data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Strong background in talent management, including career development and mentoring
- Experience in delivering learning in remote environments across multiple modalities
- Experience in global or regulated environments (e.g., pharma, life sciences) is a plus
