Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Senior Learning and Development Manager will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable learning experiences that enhance employee capabilities, focusing on AI literacy and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end L&D strategy aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements
- Develop and evolve a modern learning ecosystem incorporating micro learning and blended delivery methods
- Design and deliver engaging learning content across multiple formats while ensuring accessibility and impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology/Development
- 5+ years of experience in the Learning and Development field
- Hands-on knowledge of instructional design and behavioral science
- Experience in developing scalable training programs for a global audience
- Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline or similar design software
