Key Responsibilities

• Consult with global functional leaders and HR to enhance business performance and employee engagement
• Design and implement global Performance Management and Career Planning cycles
• Develop and facilitate learning programs to upskill employees and measure program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development strategy
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and influence business outcomes
• Expertise in designing and facilitating instructor-led and on-demand learning programs
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with learning management systems and eLearning design tools
