Develops customized online courses and coordinates training programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in talent management, training and development, or related field
Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies
Proven relationship building and influencing skills
Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration
