Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, focusing on leadership or professional development
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across functions
• Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools
• Skilled facilitator with exceptional presentation abilities
