• Consults with customers to determine appropriate solutions for business needs
• Conducts needs analysis to identify performance and engagement objectives
• Designs, develops, and implements effective learning solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led classes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Demonstrated instructional design experience, particularly in safety and compliance training
• Ability to manage and incorporate feedback while meeting deadlines and quality standards
