Senior Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Build and manage learning programs, including onboarding and leadership development
• Administer and maintain LMS/LXP platforms, including course setup and user management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Instructional Design
• Strong hands-on experience with Percipio and Articulate Storyline/Rise
• Experience administering LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or Workday Learning
• Experience with learning analytics and data visualization tools
