Job Summary

To support employee growth and leadership effectiveness, the remote Senior Learning and Development Specialist will design and implement learning programs, focusing on career development frameworks, competency models, and scalable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve career development frameworks, including career paths and competency-based career maps
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to define skills and expectations for various roles
  • Develop and coordinate leadership development programs and facilitate engaging training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in learning and development or related HR roles
  • Direct experience with career development frameworks and leadership training programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
