Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Learning and Development (Business Cards & Payments).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Collaborate with team members and sales leaders to identify performance gaps and implement effective learning strategies
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning content and suggest improvements based on data
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or Instructional Design
  • At least 2 years working with digital learning authoring tools and multimedia suites
  • At least 1 year of experience measuring and reporting on learning outcomes
  • At least 1 year of experience facilitating content and using instructional design models
