Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work From Home Senior Associate - Senior Learning Associate - Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders
• Design and develop blended learning solutions, including videos, e-Learning courses, simulations, and digital games
• Create behaviorally-based assessments and evaluation methods, and manage project scope, schedule, and resources

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 2 years of experience in learning and development
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in instructional design or instructional development preferred
• 2 years of experience using Instructional Design applications preferred
