Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning and Knowledge Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and execute learning and development projects to enhance team member performance
• Establish and track learning metrics, providing recommendations to support business needs
• Design, develop, and deliver training on new systems and conduct various training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Three plus years of operations experience in the financial industry
• Five plus years in a learning and development or training role
• Five years of training and curriculum design experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable in operational system applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
