Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Consultant to manage service engagements and drive customer learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of service engagements and maintain communication with clients
• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, or learning strategy with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Robust experience with virtual and collaboration web tools
• Advanced skills in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms and the integration of learning content
