Senior Learning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Design Consultant to enhance workforce training and align learning initiatives with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the design and delivery of organizational compliance education and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Design and implement role-based training and build partnerships across departments for effective training delivery
• Support business implementation initiatives and coach cross-functional partners to achieve shared learning goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design or learning & development
• Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS management
• Experience in a consultative role with a focus on needs assessments and project management
• Previous experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is strongly preferred
