A company is looking for a Senior Learning Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with client's business and identify training priorities aligned with their strategy
• Design and develop learning solutions and training materials
• Manage multiple projects, including deployment and change management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources
• 7 years of prior work experience, including managing a high-performance work team
• Knowledge and understanding of design thinking approach in learning and development
• Experience in assessing, delivering, and measuring organizational effectiveness and training programs
• Strong consultant approach to client relationships
