Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Learning Design Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Apply instructional design theories to create effective online learning experiences and assessments
• Integrate adaptive learning methodologies and leverage AI to personalize learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in an e-learning environment
• Proven experience in Python coding, statistics, psychometrics, and adaptive learning
• Portfolio demonstrating knowledge in course design and AI-enhanced learning strategies
• Proficiency with instructional design software and experience with LMS and digital learning platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design or Educational Technology
