Senior Learning Design Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Underwriting operations workforce, the full-time Senior Learning Design Consultant will design and develop curricula and learning programs, foster stakeholder relationships, and manage departmental learning projects in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships with Underwriting operations teams and consult on performance gaps to identify learning solutions
• Design instructional content and large-scale programs using various methodologies, ensuring effective learning delivery and assessment
• Manage complex projects, coordinate resources, and monitor risks while influencing project scope and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, development, and evaluation
• Experience with Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI Voiceover
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Flexibility to work swiftly in a fast-paced environment
