Senior Learning Designer

Job Summary

Innovative and adaptable, the full-time Senior Learning Designer will partner with clients to translate complex needs into engaging learning experiences, leveraging modern design tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery calls to understand needs and create tailored learning solutions
• Design and write learner-centric materials, including e-learning and job aids, based on adult learning principles
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Ethics & Compliance learning products

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and strategic thinking in learning design
• Hands-on experience with Google Suite, Google Veo 3, and Nano Banana
• Ability to adapt to proprietary software tools while maintaining design excellence
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
