Senior Learning Designer

Job Summary

To empower individuals in developing skills in Gen AI, the remote Senior Learning Designer will design and manage engaging online learning experiences, focusing on AI training workshops and programs for diverse learners while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure impactful professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define learning objectives and create course outlines, content, and instructor guides for online training programs in data and AI
• Manage content development from inception to completion, tracking progress and meeting objectives and timelines
• Collaborate with experts and account managers to ensure effective design and implementation of learning programs, providing guidance on best practices

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a Learning or Instructional Designer role
• Strong understanding of corporate training for AI and technical topics
• Expertise in designing both synchronous and asynchronous online courses
• Proven ability to execute projects that align with company and client goals
• Data-driven and results-oriented with a collaborative spirit
