Senior Learning Designer

Job Summary

Supporting the design and management of training solutions for field managers, the full-time remote Senior Learning Designer will lead the development and execution of learning programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to develop learning solutions that drive upskilling and behavior change
• Design and manage end-to-end new hire training programs, utilizing data to evaluate and improve training effectiveness
• Build partnerships with business leaders to prioritize learning initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions, with a focus on change management and field operations
• Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Familiarity with learning experience platforms and various learning management systems
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new technologies and ideas
