  • Conduct training needs analysis and create career development plans

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in L&D consulting, program management, and evaluation
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and compliance with training requirements
  • Background in analyzing operations and applying analysis to HR outcomes
