Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive learning and development programs across business units, including technical and professional development offerings
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement a multi-year vision and roadmap for learning initiatives
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and align learning initiatives with employee experience and culture
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience specifically in learning and development
- Experience in modern learning methods and e-learning platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
