Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive learning and development programs across business units, including technical and professional development offerings
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement a multi-year vision and roadmap for learning initiatives
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and align learning initiatives with employee experience and culture


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience specifically in learning and development
  • Experience in modern learning methods and e-learning platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
