Job Summary
As the primary learning leader for a fully remote position, the Senior Learning & Development Manager will define and execute a focused learning strategy, design and deliver high-impact programs, and partner with clinical and operational teams to enhance employee performance and career growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a learning strategy aligned with business priorities, including onboarding and leadership development
- Act as a key learning partner to Clinical Operations, translating operational needs into effective learning experiences
- Track and measure program success through learning adoption, engagement, and business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence at the leadership level as a senior individual contributor
- Proven experience in building manager and leadership capability
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and hands-on experience in program design
- High comfort level with learning technologies and AI-enabled tools
